SmartScan/CIMScan Customer Update

The end of 2020 is fast approaching, which means we are nearing the end of Flash Support.

We are currently working on the next version of the web application that will move us away from dependency on Flash. Our plan is to have all customers updated with the new release by the end of the year. The functionality of the new version will be almost exactly the same as what you have been using, which should make for a seamless transition.

We will be providing more details as we have them. Current customers should expect us to start reaching out at the end of October to schedule the transition for your system.
