CIMScan systems are in use all over the world and all are maintained by users with our technical support via telephone and email using our System Admin Support package. This is made possible by the fact that all interaction with CIMScan, for use and maintenance, is done using a simple web browser. In most cases, problems can be easily solved by our logging onto the system and making a simple settings adjustment.
Although incredibly reliable, hardware (sensors, instruments, device controllers, monitoring stations, etc.) sometimes fails. If we determine that this is the case, we will configure a new component exactly like the one that failed and send it to you. All you need to do is replace the failing unit with the new one. If things don’t go as smoothly as planned, we’re always available to provide assistance.
