In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we are implementing preventive measures to minimize the risk of spreading the virus within our offices.
We are open and are serving our customers. Manufacturing, shipping and receiving are all operating, but on a reduced schedule. Emergency service remains available for all our customers, but travel may be severely restricted.
We have immediately implemented the following:
- All visits to our facility from nonessential outside personnel
have been temporarily suspended.
- We have advised all associates, including sales
representatives and service personnel to use telephone and
video conferencing instead of face-to-face meetings if
possible. They remain committed to serving you through
these virtual communication methods.
- We have given our associates information and best practices
to prevent the spread of the virus.
Any exceptions to these policies need to be approved in advance. Please contact our HR Dept.
We will continue to monitor the situation and take the necessary steps to ensure that we remain a reliable partner for our customers, principles and employees.
